All Hallows' Eve (For Jeffrey) - Synopsis
SynopsisIt is Halloween night, and also Montgomery and Alfonso’s one-year anniversary. Montgomery, however, is distracted by the visit he made earlier that same day to his AIDS Buddy, Clifford, in a hospice. Clifford’s decline is spooking Montgomery because Alfonso is HIV+. He sees a vision of the future in which he loses his boyfriend and is left alone. The fact that Alfonso turned up at his door in a full-body skeleton costume isn’t helping matters.
Meanwhile, occurring simultaneously on stage, across town at the hospice, Clifford takes his medications, dances with his memories, and receives a visit from Madame Isadora, a psychic who makes house calls.
As Madame Isadora channels Clifford’s pain, Montgomery and Alfonso perform their own dance of death.
